Domain policy

For using the domain services of Grown Star are obtainable only for those users (individuals) who can form a contract according to applicable law, and are at least eighteen years of age. If someone agrees on behalf of a corporate entity, he/she has to present the proof of authority for dealing such kind of tasks. In such a situation the term “You”, “Your”, “User” or “customer” will refer to that corporate entity instead of the representative. In case the company finds that you do not have the legal right to bind a corporate entity in such kind of contracts, you’ll be responsible for the obligations of the agreement in person. Grown Star will not be liable for any loss or damage in consequences if Grown Star relies on any instruction, notice, document or communication through an authorized representative of your company or corporate entity. If we find the correspondence, notice or document highly doubted, we reserve the right to demanding more evidence for your authority. The .edu domains are only offered for the bona fide educational institutes. For buying educational domains, you may need to provide us with a certificate provided by the governing authorities or education department. This proof may extend to the Institute registration certificate, student enrollment and prospectus etc. You are bound to produce a documentary proof if demanded.

Domain Renewal

On purchasing a domain, you have a choice for automatic renewal or a manual renewal for your domain name. In auto-renewal, Grown Star renews your domain for one year, and receives payment through your credit card associated with Grown Star. Once we restore your domain, whether, through auto-renewal or manual renewal, it is irreversibly and non-refunded. If the Grown Star does not receive payment from your credit card and also unable to get your response, your domain will expire. However, you can follow the prescribed procedure for reacquiring your domain. In manual renewal, before the domain expiry date approaches, you’ll receive notifications for making a renewal of your domain. You’ll receive three notice periodically for domain renewal. If you fail to renew your domain, your domain will expire. Keep your contact information and payment methods updated to avoid any inconvenience in accessing your website and losing your data. The terms of services that are stated here are practical until you end the agreement with Grown Star.

Server Policy

It is strictly implemented that only primary owner can use the website. Clients are not permitted to resale hosting or create any sub-hosting services through their website for any third party. Sub-hosting means to allow any third party for hosting their content on the site uploaded on the server. However, the ad banners, classified and personal ads are the exceptions in this regards. The company strictly condemns the use of domain pointers as a substitute for buying a separate hosting account. Domain pointers are specified for finding the same website in different ways. On using domain pointers for sharing a single account among multiple sites may result in disconnection of services for you. Grown Star reserves the right to disconnection of services and/or to restrict the access to its servers to anyone at any time. Grown Star explicitly prohibits the use of their servers for spreading, publishing, sorting, linking, processing or otherwise manipulation of the following in any way:

Illegal Material

This category includes all copyrighted material, commercial audio, video or music files. Furthermore, any other material that violates Federal, State or Local regulation in any terms.

Adult Material

In this category lay all the pornography, erotic images or any other material that matches the properties. Grown Star reserves the right to judge the “Adult material” and specify any action.
