Login to your cPanel account using your username and password at http://yourdomain.com/cpenal where yourdomain.com is your domain name.
Scroll down the page to access the Email Menu and click on Email Accounts
The list of your emails will display for you. But if you do not create any email then create an email first. The procedure you can read in our article how to create email account. Select your email for which you want configuration and click on
Check Email to view configuration settings for your email client.
The following window will display configuration options for you.
At this point you must know three things .
The first one is connection type e.g. SSL/Non-SSL ( We recommend the use of SSL connection for secure connection type).
Incoming Server Connection Hostname/IP Address/Domain Name is the second thing that you should know.
The third one is Mail Client Port.
Incoming Server Port: There are two ports for incoming email IMAP or POP3. IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) always syncs with mail server. It makes it possible to show all your changes made to your mail client (Microsoft Outlook, Gmail ) in your webmail inbox immediately.
POP3 (Post Office Protocol) your mail client account and mail server are not synced. It means all the changes that you make to your email account in the mail client will not be synced to the webmail inbox.
Outgoing Server: for outgoing emails this configuration setting is responsible.
Send your settings to your email.
